I’m buying a brand new charger and instead I got a used and non-working charger

Hello, I have been trying to contact you on the Amazon app for over a month now, but to no avail. I bought a brand new Wallbox Pulsar Plus 22kw charger from Amazon.de. I was delayed with the installation because a three-phase current route had to be built with the appropriate permits. I finally installed the charger, but I can't seem to add it to the Wallbox app. It says that the charger is already registered. I did my initial registration with my Apple account. I then followed the online instructions to create an account with my mail, but the charger cannot be added to my account because it is already registered to another account. I wrote repeatedly on the Wallbox contact form but never got a response. It turned out that the station was used before me (there are traces of scratches on the case) and was not deregistered from the foreign account. Thus, in practice, the charger is unusable because it is brought abroad. I don't know if it works at all. Please help me to replace the charger with a genuine new one, and an up-to-date phone or email of Wallbox support for Europe.

The order shows as delivered to me. In reality it is return to the sender. However Amazon on website it says it is delivered to me. On DHL it says it is delivered to the sender. It is impossible to reach Amazon. Hopefully, this website will do it. Great price but horrible service from both DHL and Amazon. I have not found a way to reach both parts if you don't know German.
