Amazon became a terrible customer unfriendly company over the years. Wondering really if Mr.

Bezos know what's going on at Amazon.de

I live in Philippines.

I ordered this ballpen. After receiving the package ( a THIN PAPER ENVELOPE!!!) I recognized a whole at the back of the envelope. After opening the blue giftbox: NO BALLPEN INSIDE!!! EMPTY BLUE GIFTBOX!!

After talking to 3!!! CS the seriously requested a police report!

So I spent today 6 hours (going Dhl, 3x police station, ) of my precious time and waisted 20&$ gasoline!!!

Well Philippines police is terrible slow and complicated to deal with!!

Still need to come back to police after 3 days!!!

( so another time and gasoline waisted!!!

WELL AMAZON.DE DOESN'T OBVIOUSLY CARE ABOUT THAT!!

Unbelievable disappointed in Amazon!! What for a hassle and time / money waisting NIGHTMARE!!!

I received a text message twice on my phone stating that I will be emailed to confirm my job interview date through a link. Until now, I have not received the email nor the link, and when I log in to my account, I don't see any place to choose the interview date.

once you weren't able to pay for an item purchased from Amazon for any reason,whether it's your Bank ,because they suspected a scam ( the merchant is from China...)and you fail or didn't receive anything daying that you have to pay ,then Amazon takes money from a company called Riverty,without asking for your consent,they double and triple the amount of money and they ask you to pay .Then next month you receive another letter ,they ask you to pay again more than the amount of money needed for your purchased item .I for example ended up pay 47,54 Euros in stead of 11,99 for a couple peinter Ink !

I ordered by some items on 05-05-2025 which was later cancelled by amazon. However i have been debited on my bank app.

Attached is the references and orders for your perusal and reversal of money.

The seller will send money for only the product price of 59.99, but the seller should also pay the postal cost of 10.49 euros as mentioned in Amazon's policy. Above a product price of 39 euros, delivery charges are free.

The seller did not provide me with a cost-free return ticket, so I paid for the return ticket myself.

It is very bad that you withdraw money for Amazon prime almost 3 times, although I have not applied for the prime membership!

I believe in you and the experience is that you are charging unauthorized for the services!! I called your service center he told me that the money will be returned to my bank, but till date no pay back!

How can this happen?
